Isaiah 12:4 “In that day you will say: “Give thanks to the LORD, call on his name; make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted.”
What has The Lord done that we proclaim His name to the nations? Let us go back to the beginning of the chapter Isaiah 12:1 and see:
“I will praise you, O LORD.
Although you were angry with me,
your anger has turned away
and you have comforted me.
I don’t care if the scripture comes from the Old or the New Testament. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever; and He will never change in loving us. The Lord redeemed us from the consequences of our sins from the time of Adam, to the time of Moses, to the time of Solomon, and even to today and forever more. Miracle after miracle, wonders after wonders did the Lord God save us from ourselves until our sins became so great that He had to give up His One and only Son, Jesus Christ, as payment for our death.
Knowing that what He has done for all of us, we have nothing left to do but to exalt His name! We are forever cleansed, we are forever saved and we are forever loved! Praise the name of The Lord Jesus Christ!
