Matthew 5:14,16 “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.”
We have received Christ and are greatly blessed by Him. This, however, shouldn’t be kept for ourselves and ourselves alone. Jesus came down from heaven to save many (Romans 5:19). Ultimately, this is the reason why we should exist here on earth: To spread the word of God and The name of Jesus Christ.
So what is our response to this call? I shall not be ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ; for it is THE power of God unto Salvation! (Romans 1:16) We are here to heed God’s command: to love one another (John 13:34); and the greatest gift we can share to our love ones is the revelation of the word of God who the person, Jesus Christ!
Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
By this all men will know that you are my disciples (John 13:34).
Let us love one another. Let us share and celebrate with each other the name of Jesus Christ!
