Philippians 2:9-11 “Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
Some people experience guilt when worshipping The Son. They feel that they are depriving The Father of praise and worship; while some people feel that they set aside The Father for The Son. However, that is not the case between Jesus Christ and The Father. For The Father loves His Son so much that He gave Christ the authority above all creation; that whoever worships Christ, glorifies The Father!
And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus
Ephesians 2:6
It is said clearly in the verse that in order to glorify God the Father, we confess that Jesus Christ is Lord! Jesus Christ Himself said: “If you were from The Father, then you would love Me.” (John 8:42) So today, we glorify the Father by proclaiming that Jesus Christ is Lord of all! Glory to the name of Jesus!
