Psalm 116:1-2 “I love the LORD, for he heard my voice; he heard my cry for mercy. Because he turned his ear to me, I will call on him as long as I live.”
The LORD possesses several names, each of which points to divine truths about Himself. Sar Shalom, points to His peaceful nature, El Elyon points to Him as The God Most High, Alpha and Omega points to Christ’s eternal nature: He is the beginning and the end. Among His diverse names and titles, what strikes a resounding impact was when Jesus identified Himself as: The I Am (John 8:58).
‘I AM’ was the name God used to introduce Himself to Moses in the burning bush (Exodus 3:14). Some few years back, I asked The LORD: “What does I AM mean?” The LORD gave a simple response saying: “I AM HERE.” He is always with us. He is here right now feeling what we are feeling and seeing what we are seeing. So when you need Him, all you have to do is call on His name! Call on Jesus Christ and watch Him turn your problems into miracles!
Everyone who calls in the name of The LORD will be saved. – Romans 10:13
